This well-maintained course's fast greens are undulating and firm, making it difficult to hold your shots. The fairways vary between medium and narrow in width and are well bunkered. There are water hazards that come into play on a number of holes. The club has hosted the LPGA Tour's Oldsmobile Classic since 1992, and will continue to host the event through 2000. The 5,731-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 73.8 and a slope of 129.

| Walnut Hills is one of the best courses in the mid-Michigan area. The greens are very well maintained and fast. The course has a country club layout with large trees protecting the greens. This is a course you can play everyday for the rest of your life and never get tired of. |
