This upscale public golf facility is located in upstate New York, but the flat terrain makes you believe you're playing in Florida. Locals say this is a definite target course as forty-two acres of water hazards come into play on fourteen holes. The narrow fairways are tree lined, and the greens are medium-sized and somewhat sloped. One of the most difficult holes is #2, a 602-yard, par 5, featuring a tee box set relatively level to the green and requiring a tee shot up a dogleg left fairway, then an approach shot to a well-bunkered green. Carts are mandatory on the weekends. For more information on the golf school, contact the pro shop by calling (315) 656-4653.

| The links at Erie was a challange. My driver was hot and cold, so I did get to see much of the course. Over all, I would say this a definite "must play" if you are in the Syracuse area. |
