Remus is a fun course to play with friends because of it's cheap price. It has an interesting scorecard with the par 5's back-to-back on 4 and 5. The cart path isnt in that great of shape and the fairways and tee boxes are kind of sloppy. Hopefully this wont take away from your golfing experience

This is a great course.I love the greens but the fairways need some work. When you go for 18 holes, you get a second chance since there is only 9 of them. With the new constuction, it is going to be the best course in the county.I wish peoplr would take the course seriously-Ben COgdell

only 24 dollars and fun everytime, May 12, 2004
reviewer: Adam from Decatur, Ga
This is not Reynolds Plantation, but it is an in-expensive place to enjoy a round of golf. The fairways are a bit rough but they are cut short and the greens are fair. They have been doing a ton of work to make for a better experience and the fees have stayed the same. By the way that 24 dollars is with a cart for 18. The people there are great.

not bad, May 11, 2004

This is not a bad course if you catch the price right. They offer twi-light golf after 5:00 P.M. I usually get in 27 holes for $13.00 with cart not to shabby. The greens are difficult and there is plenty of H20 on the course. But, the fairways are a bit rough.

I did not enjoy my exprience at Uncle Remus Golf Course. The only thing that was good about the course were the greens. The rest of it just totally stunk. The fairways were horrible, the tee boxes were horrible, and even the corse layout was horrible. The staff is not very welcoming. Thir is no real cart path, it is all pretty much mud and gravel. so if you looking for a cheap place to play, dont go here because it is not worth 18 bucks.
