Give This Course Some Credit, Nov 28, 2004

This is a fine golf course and the bridge is completely safe and very cool (especially if you have a son that's 13!). The design is odd in the fact that you can't play nine holes too easy (you have to play the front four and the back last 5), but other than that, the holes are well designed and the course was in great shape. It's a great test of golf for average players. And, for you preachers, you can play and ride all day for $11.00 on Monday.

"Great course for the aveage golfer"
This is a first rate facility for any golfer. A great putting green and practice area. The course is an intersting yet very playable for the average golfer and a challange from the tips for the better player. Good tee shots are a must. You can get into trouble with an errant tee shot on some of the holes. The greens are interesting. Some are multi layered and were in great condition the last time I played there.

This is a great little course, with spectacular service, and subtle course designs that will keep your mind engaged, but will allow you to enjoy the peacefulness this sport provides. DPC Clermont is the highest elevated course in the state of Florida and has truly earned its reputation as the mountain course. It is in awesome condition and the owners have added over 1,000 pine trees this year to add to its beauty...played it on 2/25/04 a day after a 3 1/2 rain and you could not even tell it rained...a must play
