Edna Golf, Apr 11, 2006

The first five holes have OB to the right, so hit 'em straight (one is a par 3, though). The sixth hole is a relatively short par 5, downhill dogleg left with water guarding the front of the green. The greens are usually hard, so don't expect to stick the green and watch your ball spin back. Be happy if your ball doesn't bounce forward another 15 yards. Otherwise, the greens are usually in pretty good shape. The fairways, however, are not so good. Sometimes you can't even tell you ARE in the fairway. The ground is like cement and the fairways often have bald spots where you're hitting off hardpan dirt (from the fairway!). But it's not that expensive, so you shouldn't expect a four or five star course for the money. It's a fun play, but just don't expect it to be in pristine condition.

THE FAIRWAYS WERE A LITTLE LONG,BUT THE GREENS WERE DESCENT.SOME OF THE TEE BOXES WERE DUG UP BY GOPHERS AND THE NINTH HOLE HAS A TREE TO THE LEFT OF IT THAT HAS A SWARM OF BEES WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO BE STUNG.IF YOU HOOK OR SLICE YOUR SHOT ,YOU BETTER HAVE BROUGHT A BUNCH OF EXTRA BALLS AND TAKE A DROP,BECAUSE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DRIVE.O.B.GRASS LOOKS TO BE CUT WITH A SHREDDER AND IS LAYERED VERY THICK.BETTER HAVE GPS INSTALLED IN THE BALLS. FOR LESS MONEY,THE CUERO MUNI.GOLF COURSE IS ALOT BETTER BET,JUST WATCH THE TREES
