This hilly course has a commanding view of Marin County, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate Bridge. The design includes small greens and tight fairways lined with eighty-year-old redwood and eucalyptus trees. Robert Muir Graves redesigned one hole in 1967. Each of the tees are rated for both men and ladies.

Cobblestone Golf Course
"Great layout"
This course has it all! Some very challenging holes, as well as a few tameable ones. The holes vary, some are flat and others have rising or falling terrain. Most fairways have some undulation. The scenery is serene, especially the holes near Lake Acworth. If you haven't played here, you are missing out on a GA treasure.

First course I played since getting into golf, played 11 times. Lots of hazards and had fun playing. Would still be there except 60 par can't help building my handycap. A little costly for a exec course and for a new golfer, for the same or less you can play full 72.

Bring every club in your bag and put your thinking cap on before coming to this course. Best bet is to go out with a member or get a yardage book and stay on track for a 4 hour round. Best quote out on the golf course - "I'll either play over you, around you or through you, you take your pick."
