A great place to golf., Sep 02, 2005
reviewer: Pete D. from Elyria, OH
I've played many countrys club over the years and ECC ranks very high in comparison. It has very good length, is very well maintained, has great locker rooms & service, and very good food. We hold our annual fundraiser here and the guests love it. They love it because the course is top notch and receive great service & food. I highly recommend.

Best golf course on the westside, Aug 08, 2004
reviewer: Anonymous from Anonymous
The golf course is the best on the westside by far, and much better than 99% of the courses on the eastside, the only exception being sandridge. Pro shop is the only downside but the staff is exceptional.

Apparently Jeff has an axe to grind., Jul 20, 2004
reviewer: Rich from Elyria, Ohio
As a member of this club I can assure you that this is one of the best golf courses in northern Ohio. After “rare” spring floods 3 holes can be a little soggy. The caddie’s are rated by skill (A,B,C). The fairways are smooth and well maintained. The greens break, are fast and roll true. The course is bounded by a river and supports a great number of trees. The staff is professional, and courteous. Don’t miss an opportunity to play this course if you ever get invited. Sorry, but Jeff, stay on the east side at your “real” country club.

Always too damp to walk, caddies are untrained and professional staff in pro shop are far from professional. Take the time to drive to the east side of Cleveland to play a real country club.
