This course was built on rolling terrain and has tree-lined fairways. There are stone walls running the entire length of some fairways. The greens are in excellent condition and sloped. The signature hole is #14, a 192-yard, par 3, requiring a downhill tee shot over water. Tee time reservations are required for weekends only.

| Greens have rebounded very well from last year's issues & are putting very true. Drainage fixes are working, conditions top-notch all-around. So what if I am partial. It's a great track (even if the recent re-handicapping is demented), and layout demands solid course management. Driving range would benefit greatly from some TLC & improvements like clearly marked pin yardages. And as for that clubhouse...my first tree fort was a finer example of New England craftsmanship! But Kit rocks, so who cares about what surrounds the bar! |
