This club opened in September, 1996 and is the fourth public course designed by Jack Nicklaus in the U.S. The layout is cut through a forest and consists of steep elevation changes from the tee boxes to the greens. The size of the greens are proportional to the length of the hole and will be maintained very fast. This course was rated #2 Best New Course to open in1997. US Open Qualifying Site for 2000.

A classic Nicklaus course, Mar 28, 2005

Although March is not the best time to play this course - the fairways are still dormant - I really enjoyed it. The greens are large, undulating,fast, and in good condition. Nice variety of hole layouts with a couple of short par fours that test your strategy and accuracy. Bring your sand wedge; Jack put a lot of bunkers in strategic places.
