Over priced for what it is...., Sep 04, 2010
reviewer: Steve & Harry - single digit handicaps from Rogers, AR
Stonebridge was booked for a tournament on 9/3, so my 18 year old son and I were referred to VV. The course was fairly empty and understandable because the course is in the sticks AND the rates are high. The course pro shop not making us feel we were interupting their daily routine would have made us feel a little more welcome. The course is difficult to navigate for a first time player (I am a six and my son a 4) as there are a lot of blind holes. We could have used a cheat sheet - a couple of our tee shots that we thought split the fairway, were in the weeds. Reducing the rate to $40 including cart per person might entice us back. Otherwise, I wil stick with Stonebridge and the BV courses.

Owner is a jerk, Feb 13, 2010

This guy is full of himself and his course is not good enough for that attitude. He prices himself up there with the most expensive clubs in Arkansas...really? Get a grip!

this course has many birdie holes that can be double bogey holes also. If you are straight off the box, you should have no problems

Deceptive, Jul 01, 2004
reviewer: Johnnie from Dallas
This course is rellativley new and has a nice clubhouse with restaurant. The green fees are reasonable. The front nine is wide open which makes it look easy, but with some water and strategically placed bunkers coming into play it's pretty challenging. Overall I think anyone would enjoy this course, but you better bring your game.

The front is long a more links style course ...and the back was tighter and more blind shots.
