This club offers two eighteen hole courses and one regulation nine hole course. The nine hole Red Course was originally part of the Green Course. In 1994, Al Zikorus, the designer of the new nine holes, added nine holes to one of the old nine hole courses and named it the Green Course. The eighteen hole Green Course has water hazards coming into play on many holes. All the fairways vary in width from narrow to wide open, and the greens are large and medium speed. The White Course has tight fairways with large greens that are fast.

No one keeps their course(s) in shape like Tunxis. The greens are impeccable, and the fairways/bunkers always in great shape. For some reason, I am always getting choice tee times and I almost always finish in under 5 hours. What more do you need? 2 on course snack bar/grills? OK, that's even better. As a matter of fact, don't go there. I like it like it is- stay away!! ;-)

I had a great time playing this course we played the green and it was just difficult enough to keep me occupied, overall it was a satisfying golf day
