This course demands shot accuracy because the fairways are very narrow, and the greens are small and fast. The terrain is flat, so it is extremely easy to walk. Water hazards (seven ponds and a creek) come into play on thirteen holes.

| I think the course is nice, it could have better upkeep, especially during hotter summer... the grass always seems to be brown. maybe you could get some help from whoever turned maplewood around!

| I think that overall the course is nice. It could be so much better. Like if the fairways were bent grass and if you would take care of your creek edges and ponds. We would also like to send out all of our thanks to Darel Doss for making Hickory Hills a better place to be. Oh and by the way Wapahani, you just better watch out. We might have a suprise in confrence!
