This short course has fairly narrow fairways, and the greens can be pretty fast in the summer. Water comes into play on hole #3, a 143-yard, par 3, and on #9, a 286-yard, par 4, which is adjacent to hole #3. There is also a little creek on #9 with water flowing through it. There is no water on the other holes. You must play with a member.

Better Be Straight!, May 20, 2004

Two words: Subtle and penal! OB is everywhere! All 18 holes have OB left. 10 holes have an OB right. It looks easy at first glance but the subtle difficulties around the course end up biting you if you get lazy with your swing. In the summer the greens are very fast. Wonderful views on the backside. Plays well year round. I gave it a 5 for difficulty. It plays longer than the yardage. I've played it many times with a member. I am a 15 and I have yet to break 90 at Twin Lakes. This is the year!

This course is a hidden gem. With new construction to the course, it makes it one of the best in the region. I will honestly say within two years it WILL be the best in all of the tristate region. The greens are kept in superb condition. A course that you will end up playing every club in your bag.

The Luck Golf Course is a well established, beautiful course with bent grass fairways surrounded by large mature oaks. It is one of the best courses in the area. The course is challaging yet very rewarding for all levels of golfers. Located in the Village of Luck next to beautiful Butternut Lake, it is "in town" but off on its own in a lovely park like setting. Don't be surprised to see deer running accross the fairway during an approach shot. I found it to be the best around, one that you will love to come back to time after time.

This course borders thousands of acres of protected land on the Sudbury River. The views are great, the course is quiet and they have one of the best Golf shops around. I would recommend a stop at this place for golfers that really enjoy the game.

Nice Range, a great Par three Chip and Putt, if you don't have time for a full game. Very helpful staff. This is a true family center. Full Course you can learn on and still have fun, nice Chip and Putt and mini-golf for the kids. A fair price for the working man. No I don't own the place.
