| The review of M Zajack is totally bogus..Iwas there, I played in the 1968 Western Open at OFCC.The course record at FCC was 67, held by 10 people, until the Il Open was held there in 1984 when Nick Zamboli shot 66 in the first round. Mark Egge. a member shot 65 seceral years later and that score still stands as the record. (2007). Tom Barry Class A PGA can verify any of my remarks. He is currently the Head Professional at Jefferson Lakeside Club, Richmond, Va. (2007) He worked for me from 1967 til 1981.
The course has under gone a number of changes ove the years, including one as we speak. The course is truly "world class" and second to none. It is in great condition and challenging in every respect. Flossmoor has hosted many bog tome tournaments including the PGA in the 1923 several Illinois Opens, four WWGA Amateur Championships and the US Amateur Championship also in the 20's. The course measures over 7,000 yards from the Champ. tees. It may be the best kept scret in the country as far as outstanding courses and facilities are concerned.
Very truly yours,

P.S. Don Darfler was club champion at FCC in 1967 and 1968.
