Flushing Meadows Pitch & Putt Golf Course

Flushing Meadows Corona Park
Flushing, NY 11368
Phone: (718)271-8182

This "pitch and putt" course should be easy for the accomplished golfer to master, but difficult for the beginner. The average player on needs a pitching wedge and a putter because the holes are extremely short. The wide fairways are open, and the greens range from "postage stamp" size to large. The scenic lake located on the course never comes into play. Ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.

LOTS OF FUN!!!!, Sep 12, 2006
reviewer: Edwin Castro from Corona, NY
I took my 4 year old son to introduce him the game of golf. My son had a blast, the course was fun to play plus there was the view of the Pitch & Putt course. The only draw back was the old man who works there he was very crabby. I would still go back and take my son again, I'm also looking foward to playing the Pitch & Putt course and develop my short game. Overall I would recommend the course for anyone who wants to introduce the game of golf to there kids.

Excellent Short Game Practice, Mar 06, 2004
reviewer: Tiger Tokar from New York
Pitch and Putt is a nice little golf course with some easy holes and some hard holes. Although the longest hole is 80 yards some greens can be tough to hit with lots of slope. Pitch and Putt is an ideal place to go with your friends or by yourself for some good practice on your short game.

Good Practice, Mar 06, 2004

Pitch and Putt is a good place to go with your friends or by yourself to work on your short game. Even though the longest hole in 80 yards, there are still some challenging holes in which you are forced to hit certain spots on the green. Pitch and Putt is open at night as well so i can golf great even late!
