Located on the south shore of Wisconsin's Lake Geneva, Abbey Springs Golf Course boasts 18 holes of championship golf.This narrow course features large sloping greens, and water hazards come into play on nine holes.The signature hole is #15, a 467-yard, par 4, requiring a straight uphill tee shot, then a massive approach shot to the green. The club personnel claim that this is also the most difficult hole to par.Tee times can be reserved up to thirty days in advance for weekdays, and 3 days in advance for weekends.

This is an extremely well kept course. The course requires a wide variety of shots. If you are not on top of your game from the blue tees you will be in for a long day. The greens are very fast and hard to read. When you move up to the white or gold tees the course becomes very playable for the higher handicap player.

"Texas National is a great value."
This is a great course kept in extremely good shape. It is a little far out from Houston but if you live anywhere on the north side, it's well worth the drive. It's inexpensive and not crowded, especially on weekdays. The greens are in very good shape and the course is challenging without being a killer.
