This very scenic course is wide open. Wind is often a factor when playing this course, so making the proper club selection is an important aspect of the game. The fairways are flat, and water hazards come into play on a few holes. Tall, mature trees line the somewhat narrow fairways.

Not good Course, Jun 15, 2004 |
| reviewer: David Feherty
from A place with a decent golf course |
| Forest CC is not exactly Agusta. Many of the holes are poorly planned and it is not in good shape. On the day I played the #16 green was so bad they gave you an automatic two-putt. I hit 5 or 6 iron of many of the par fours. The greens are smaller than a newborn ferret. The driving range will squeeze about 7 people at the most (its too small).Yrdages are wrong at the driving range. The cart barn looks like it used to be a real barn. The carts are louder than cockateal's mating call and they are more colorful than a peackock's tail. good day -David Feherty |
