This military club has three courses. The two eighteen hole courses play very similar except one is longer. The third course, a par 3, is completely different from the first two because it has many sand bunkers and trees incorporated into its design. The green fees shown for the par 3 course are good for all-day play. All of the courses have different addresses, but they are all located at Fort Knox. The ladies' tees on the Lindsey and Anderson course's are rated and sloped for men also.

THE COURSE IS VERY STRETCHED BUT YOU CAN'T DRAW OR FADE THE BALL TOO MUCH ON YOUR DRIVES WHERE TREES AND ROUGH ARE LOCATED RIGHT OFF THE FAIRWAYS. ALOT OF HILLS ON YOUR APROACH SHOTS AND PIN PLACEMENTS ARE PRETTY TOUGH. YOU REALLY HAVE TO HIT THE BALL WITHIN 3-4 FEET FOR A CHANCE FOR BIRDIE,EVEN THEN NOT GUARANTEED.OVER ALL THE COURSE IS IN GREAT SHAPE AND FAIRWAYS ARE THE BEST IT GETS WITH BENT GRASS AND BERMUDA FAIRWAYS.

This is the course I learned to play golf on. The views of the surrounding area (gold vault, cemetary, Dixie Highway) add to the uniqueness of the course.

Wilshire Golf Club
"Good Challenge; Poor Conditions."
Wilshire is a challenge in disguise. With many decisions shots like weather to carry the creek on the first hole or whether or not to cut the corner off of the 17th. But the adverse course condidions can discourage most golfers that are looking for a challenge. Shabby fairways and greens give it a rough appearance but it is a good deal for the price.

My family and I played this mature course 10 mins. from the strip paid LESS THAN HALF the other coureses and they did not charge us extra for not being a local. Course is in great shape the staff was very nice and helpfull. Ill be back

This course needs major renovations before you let a high school team even on the course and the pro shop help hasn't even heard of golf before. This course is for sale somebody please but this thing and fix it up, right now it's just an eye sore.
