This executive course was built on flat terrain, so it's real easy to walk. One nice feature to this course is the fact that there are no parallel fairways. Water comes into play on sixteen holes. This club is only open to the public between the months of May through October. The green fees indicated represent off-season public rates.

Beautiful Setting - Moderately Challenging Course, Nov 14, 2004

This was my first visit to Cross Creek County Club - I though that I would be very under impressed since I have toured on some upscale courses. I was very pleasantly surprised at the great layout and scenery on this course. I will recommend this course to my other Sr.PGA pals! As a side note, I stayed in a 2/2 condo in Terrace 1 - on the grounds of the Club! Great time - Great place. Will be back in January '05 to go after some course records! All fellow seniors are welcome to join me - book January soon as space is filling up. A great site to get a booking is www.crosscreekcoountryclub.com and look under owner's rental lists. In closing, I can say that I have never spent so much time telling others how great a place was - but this place impressed my so much, I felt that I should share the great experience. Found the course to be good iron work out. Plenty of laterial water (typical for So FL) very informal play and service, not particullary friendly. Very wet in summer or during average rains

Calabasas Golf & Country Club
"Excellent course"
This is an well-designed, well-maintained course nestled among hills and oak trees about an hour west of downtown Los Angeles. It is a Robert Trent Jones designed course, located on land that was previously Warner Ranch. Many movies were filmed on this location, and each hole is named after one of the movies filmed there. It is not long, but it is a challege. Narrow fairways, oak trees, water, fast and undulating greens. Very interesting holes and pin placements.

Frosty Valley Golf Links
"Frosty Valley"
Frosty Valley is a golf course that gives a feeling of success in all parts of your game. Strategic pin locations give each shot to the green a different spin, and makes even the best person's short game be tested. As for the far hitters, the par 5's here are among far distances and have challenging obsticles just off to the side of the fairways, forcing you to hit with immense precision. The greens have tough breaks in them, making this course exciting and a fun place to visit. Frosty Valley also has a pro shop with a great amount of equipment that will suit any golfer.
