This somewhat open course does not feature a lot of rough, but it there is swampland everywhere. All eighteen holes either has the swamp or some kind of water hazard coming into play. The well-maintained greens are very large, undulating, and range from medium to fast in speed. The signature hole is #17, a 185-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to an island green. Nine hole green fee rates are only available after 4 PM.

This is a real quality golf course that offers a challenge for every level of player. I was facinated by the layout and condition of the course. I'd enjoy playing here "all the time".

"Great Secret"
Who would think that such a great course would be in Whidbey. The course has some challeging holes as well as some scenery. For some of you big hitters it has a couple of holes that tempt you to go for it. I wouldn't if I were you. Looks can be deciving. If they don't get you the slope on the 18th green will. Stick it close. A great secret.

River Park Golf Course
"Under estimated"
River Park Golf Course is an amazing asset to the small town of Mackay ID. Many people including myself under estimated this golf course. When I arrived at the course I felt like I was too good of a golfer for a course like River Park but I was completely caught off guard. The narrow fairways, small quick greens and water hazards made it impossible for me to come close to paring the course the first few times. If you want a golfing challenge visit this wonderful course, where you will also be treated with genuine hospitality.

Pebble Creek Golf Club
"as good as it gets"
Pebble Creek is the best public golf course I have found in central Ohio. It is a chalenging, and very well manicured course. It offers a nice clubhouse and very friendly service. I highly recomend it.
