• Heron's Ridge
  "Fun, yet challenging for any level golfer..."
  The course will grow on you. The first time I played it, the course kicked my hind-parts. Every hole has a different look and challenge. The fairways and greens are always in great shape, even though they don't overseed in the cold months. Because the course sits high, even though it was built on wetlands, there is always wind, and therefore a challenge. The course will beckon you back time and again. Very nice play and good staff.

  This is the best course that I have everplayed and I am the record holder in New York for being to the most out of state coures in the past ten years and I have been to 493 courses and this is the best course I have played in my life.

  "local and enjoyable"
  Although an older course it has improved with age and with the rainy season last year (2002) the greens are fuller. A range is available and I try to get the most of my short game with the putting green. The back nine brings you up next to the airport but the single engine planes are not loud and are enjoyable to watch landing as your partner tries to keep up your great shot.
