This course features large greens that are undulating, fast, and easy to three putt. Even though the fairways are tree lined, they still afford generous landing areas. Water hazards (ponds) come into play on three holes. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 5th "Best New Private Course in America" for 1995, and they also rated it as the 6th "Best in State" course for 1998-99. In addition, "GOLFWEEK" ranked it 38th among "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 1997, 34th for 1998 and 46th for 1999. This course is closed every Tuesday.

First time out on the course, found the course to be well manicured. Very nice bentgrass fairways and greens(very fast). Many holes had very beatiful views, and the lay-out of the course gave each hole a different challenge. Thanks Mark for the invite out, I had a very nice time. Thanks Joe and Craig for the great caddy service, it was nice talking with you.

Pine Valley-esque. Rolling fairways, waste areas and very challenging greens. Each hole is more beautiful than the last. If you get the chance, play it!

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club
"Pleasantly surprised"
Yes, I played tippy twice last summer, I was impressed the greens are well manicured, as are the fairways, the rough, although nearly nonexistent is playable. The fairways are hilly and narrow. Overall, it was a nice playing course for your average golfer. P.S the food in the clubhouse is excellent, try the bunger burger.

This course has been upgraded the last couple of years. The greens are fast and true and the tee boxes and fairways are well maintained. This is one of the nicest courses I have played in northeast Iowa.

Castle Pines Golf Club
"Unbelievable!"
Beautiful views of the rockies, incredible greens. That basically sums up the premier golf course in colorado. I've played cherry hills before as well, but it doesn't even touch the majestic nature of castle pines. If possible, try to catch a round at the country club at castle pines next door as well.
