• Prairie View Golf Course
  "Saving grace is practice range"
  This is only a par 35 I believe. Only one challenging hole, and that is #9 where you must stay between both ponds. The rest is open, and pretty easy. It does seem to play longer then you would expect for a par 35. It is pretty plain jane, the trees are still young and small, not much shade offered in the heat of the day, and not alot of plantings or flower beds etc. Plenty of carts available, and pull carts.

  "Scottish Links meets American Smooth"
  A Great course, with wonderfully challenging tee shots and treacherous greens. Beware as when the wind blows, this is as difficult a golf course as any scottish links. A warm friendly and welcoming clubhouse with exceptional service and attention to detail, an guest accomadation that rivals any of the best 5 star hotels the U.S has to offer.

• Stonybrook Golf Course
  "Breathtaking..."
  A great course, one of my favorites in Western Connecticut. Immaculate greens and fairways, the landscaping is specatular. It's never really THAT busy, unless there is a tournament going on. A really unique layout that is both challenging and fun to play. The only downside is that the course if very hilly. Even with a cart, there are a lot of climbs up to greens. May be tough to navigate for older golfers.

  "nice course for how reasonable it is in price..."
  The course is a nice place to golf if you like playing hills, has some tricky water holes and some par 5s but nice over all. Really enjoyable!
