This difficult course was built on rolling terrain and features many trees lining its fairways. This course plays very long and can prove to be a substantial challenge to the average golfer. The semi-hard greens are quick and smooth with plenty of breaks, and there's seldom a straight putt. The course is fairly easy to walk, but does have some hills and elevation changes. Water comes into play on six holes, and there are quite a few sand bunkers in the design. The layout offers excellent variety, and gets quite a bit of wind adding to the challenge because it's in an open area and doesn't have many large trees.

| Maple Bluff is an above average course with wonderful greens that roll quick and true. Put your drive in position and shoot low scores. No need to be too long off the tee here. I would recommend this course to any player. Excellent bang for the buck!! |
