WHAT A COURSE!!!!, Feb 25, 2006
reviewer: Golfer Laird from Milwaukee ,Wi
Lake Park Golf Club is located 15-20 minutes north of milwaukee and is well worth the ride. It's a large course(27 holes) with lots of water and lots of fun. The price is right also. I golfed there with my dad and it was a delight. The weekday price is about $33 for 18 holes with a cart and seniors get even a better deal. They pay only $20 for 18 holes with a cart!!!! What a deal! Senior rates start there at 55 years old. The course is long, but fair. The greens are probably the best in the state,I'd say they were about an 8 or 9 out of 10. Forget the county courses, Lake Park is so much better! You don't need any cards or have to join anything. Just call, make a reservation, bring your clubs, and your "A" game, and play!!

Lake Park Golf GERMANTOWN WI Beefy!!!, Aug 30, 2004
reviewer: Dr. Awad-Bin Barrett from mequon, WI USA
The Red/Blue Course combines an interesting assortment of holes. Water, woods, blind shots; make for a challenging round! Typical "Target Golf" in a parkland setting! Leaves little room for "Creative Shots". Will not offer "half carts", which is ridiculous! RED 9: Always a wait on # 3; because most golfers cannot clear the hazard! # 7 Par 5 is interesting, but again; only one way to play it! BLUE 9: Last Hole is a double dog-leg par 5. For me, it is the worst configuration I have ever seen for a finishing hole! The First hole for the BLUE is far better! RATING: I would play it, but not every week! VALUE: Fair green fees; upkeep is better than average! Pace of play is OK!
