This course was designed to feature out-of-bounds stakes lining the right sides of the fairways. In addition, a pond comes into play on two holes. The soft greens, which hold shots well, can be difficult because they are extremely fast and small. The signature hole is #9, a 485-yard, par 5, featuring a dogleg left fairway.

This is my home course and I always seem to shoot worse here then other courses even though I play it all the time. I don't know if you should say the greens are really fast the speed isn't the tricly part the difficulty is the small bowl shape greens it is very hard to hit greens in regulation here "hole 9 is always a fun finishing hole"

I am not saying this just because I grew up playing this course. This course can be challenging if you have a hook or a slice. To play at Sunnyside you also must be a good putter because their greens are fast. That challenge proved to be very benefical when I competed in many golf tournaments because I knew how to read a green thanks to Sunnyside and my golf coaches. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs a challenge or simply needs to work on their golfing skills especially in the putting category or hitting the ball straight.
