This course's front nine has open fairways, and its back nine has narrow fairways that are tree lined and undulating. There are a variety of water hazards that come into play on many holes. Senior discounts are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Walking the course is permitted during weekdays only.

With a links course and a lakes course, you can find all the variety for golf you may want. Even in mid August, this course is in excellent condition. The bermuda on the fairways and rough is always thick, and cut to perfection. The greens are large, and put very true. The course also can play pretty open for a less than perfect tee shot, but can play long enough to challenge any golfer. I've played La Cantera, I've played Tour 18, This course is better.

TWO TRACKS OLD AND NEW. OLD COURSE IS GOOD, NEW COURSE IS GREAT. bOTH HAVE SUPER BENT GREENS.

Foss Park Golf Course

Don�t let this course fool you! If you play it from the blue tees it is a formidable challenge. There are some holes with tee shots that require a 200 yard carry over water (some days into the wind!) As well as a 190 yard plus par three with ponds and rivers all around it. The greens are nice and the grounds crew really works hard at keeping them that way. There are some narrow fairways guarded by 100 year old oak trees all the way down to the green on each side. It really plays more like a 126 slope and I believe it is rated incorrectly. Bring your straightest drives here.

Lost Key Golf Club
"Bring Balls"
Lost Key is a great layout with the best greens in the Gulfshores/Pensacola area. Although the greens are extremely fast they are very puttable if you are on the right side of the hole. The fairways are fairly tight with lateral hazzards down both sides of almost everyone. They should change the course name to Lost Balls. Great course for the money if you hit it fairly straight.
