This is a fairly open course, however, most of the fairways are bordered by trees and thick rough. The course was built on basically flat terrain, but there are some small hills that can affect your lie. The average-sized greens vary in undulation, and their speeds are determined by the seasonal weather conditions.

A fairly open course so it didn't frustrate the average golfers in the group. There was a rich mixture of water, sand and trees and the course was beautiful. I love the short "island" par 3.
