This wooded course has a variety of trees lining its holes. The trees, just to name a few, are hickory, pecan, pine, cedar, maple, and oak. The course is fairly rolling and at times, very hilly. There is water that comes into play on holes #7 and #16. The fairways are extremely tight, and some of them are ninety-degree doglegs. The greens are so small that the golf professional compared them to the famous "postage stamp" at Royal Troon in Scotland. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.

this is a very nice country course. it is very relaxing to see the veiws and wildlife the course offers. great and freindly staff. i highly recommend this course to everyone.

It is a very nice place to get away and enjoy a day of golf. The people are extremely nice and accomidating. The prices are right and the scennery is beautiful.

"A fun course"
A local Lakeland course that lives up to it's advertisements! A little long from the middle tees for the average golfer but there is not a bad hole on the course. Lots of water and position golf is more important than the "grip it and rip it " mentality! I'd hope to get to play there again. It's worth the trip.

Nice place. Course O.K. My dad played here allot in the 70's, says he couldn't believe they built homes in it! (he used to live in Sunnydale, next to it.)Only thing I could "complain" about is the skimpy parking lot! Clubhouse was real nice, and the gentleman I spoke to there, (I believe his name was Bob) was very Knowledgable.

Spring Valley Golf Course
"A bit of paradise in the country"
This is a delightful 18 hole course located in the country, just outside of Livermore IA. Originally built as a 9 hole course and then expanded to 18. The course sits on what was once rolling pasture land with streams and small lakes coming into play on a number of holes. A few dog-leg holes with maturing trees offers plenty of challenge. Many planted flower beds make this course a visual delight.
