My early experience, Apr 17, 2008
reviewer: george martin from vernon, ct
I first played westovewr in the mid 60's while stationed at goosebay labrador. We had gone there to play in an Air Force tournament(it was still military then). The conditions were absolutely terrific and it was all the golf course you could handle. We played from the tips and it was tough. I love this course. I have not played there in quite some time but plan to again very soon. I have played there within the last four years and am very anxious to play it again.

Great Course, Jul 14, 2006
reviewer: Dan from MA
Long, long, long. This is a great course. Many people I know "Nancy" out of playing here because, while they won't admit it, they prefer scoring on all the much easier/shorter courses in Western Mass.....but Westover never disapoints... price, quality, and a challenge.

Best public course around, Jun 08, 2005
reviewer: Brian from Ludlow, MA
Westover is by far the best course around, better than a lot of private courses. Very well-maintained with a great layout. The course is very long but pretty open especially on the front 9. If you keep the ball in play on your drives you will score well here. The biggest key is to not let the size and length of the course get the best of you. Be aggressive.

Priced right., Oct 14, 2004
reviewer: Ace from Massachusetts
This golf course for the money you spend you can't beat it. It has a nice layout and no short holes you will use all the clubs in your bag. It is very well maintained and a challenging course. One of the best in the area. Driving range and a practice green available.

Great public track., Jul 25, 2004

This is one of the more demanding public courses you will find, but it is typically in great shape and offers an outstanding value.

Very nice course, May 07, 2004
reviewer: Rob Brill from Chicopee. MA
I played Westover, and liked it a lot. My only complaint was that it is flat, with very little change in elevations. It is fairly long, and is the best maintained public course I have plyed on in years.
