Phone: (618)452-4632Fax: (618)452-4636
This course is located alongside the Mississippi River, the river comes into play on four holes. The small greens are in excellent condition and fast. The fairways are fairly flat. The signature hole is #8, a 340-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot from off an elevated tee that must carry a creek to its small green. Guests may only play the course if accompanied by a military or government official. There are additional sets of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

Nice Little Inexpensive Course...., Jun 14, 2004 |

| The Course is now totally open to the public, and while not the best course in the St. Louis Area a good one for the beginner or golfer looking for a great value. The course is challenging and links style hills complete with long grass come into play on many holes. We played an all you can golf special for 15 dollars WITH a cart. Not bad at all.. |

Levy's Edge, May 25, 2004 |

| All in all river's edge is a very forgiving public course located on what used to be an old army station. The course is well kept and somewhat challenging for the intermediate player. Novice golfers would find the length a challenge in itself. The 1st and 2nd holes are easily played, long and straight... and for the slicers out there, the levys keep you in play. Variations in green size and bunker placement make this course enjoyable. |
