This well-maintained course has large greens that are fast, and the tree-lined fairways are fairly generous but built on rolling terrain. The rough is composed of heather-like grasses, and many holes require shots over marshlands. The signature hole is #4, a 377-yard, par 4, requiring a downhill tee shot to a landing area 230 yards away, and a second shot uphill and over a marsh to a green that slopes from back to front and is guarded by two bunkers and a marsh sitting behind. Carts are mandatory Saturday, Sunday and holidays before 1 PM. Midweek discounts are available during the spring and fall.
