This golf complex sits on spiritual grounds owned by the American Baptists and offers two regulation eighteen hole courses. The Links Course was rated by "Golf Digest" as the 60th best under the category of "America's Top 75 Affordable Courses" in their 1996 list of "America's Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play." In the category of "Best in State" it was named 10th in 1995-96. The signature hole is #7, a 161-yard, par 3, featuring an elevated island green known as the "box car elevated green." The Links Course has elevated greens and open rolling terrain that can be difficult. The Woodlands Course is very tight, wooded and scenic. It was built through an old stone quarry, and many holes afford great views of Lake Green. Periodically, the quarry will also come into play.

| This is a wonderful Links style course with well maintained fairways and unforgiving but beautiful greens. The staff at Lawsonia completes the package... you will enjoy the experience. I would encourage you to play both courses, but if you only have time for one the links course is the better option. |
