This tight course has elevated greens and tees. All the sand bunkers on the course have been strategically placed on the fairways or around the greens. This is the oldest course in Wisconsin. It has several mature oak and pine trees that can affect your shots. A pond comes into play on hole #10, but the signature hole is #15, a 560-yard, par 5. This club celebrated its centennial in 1996. To celebrate 100 years of golf and friendship, the club hosted several major events, including a "Shot of the Century" contest for charity and a celebrity tournament.

I have played this coarse for the past fifteen years and have seen a lot of good changes. The fairways are in much better shape than in past years. The water hazards are clean and a challenge to the average golfer.The greens are in excellent shape. The only thing that is missing are sand traps.
