Locals say that this is the flattest course in Western Pennsylvania. Water hazards come into play on three holes, and the fairways are wide open. One of this course's nicest features is the scenic woodlands.

Fair and flat (for SW PA), Aug 04, 2005 |

| Having grown up in NE Ohio, I like the fact that this course is relatively flat by SW Pennsylvania standards. Numbers 6, 9, 12, and 15 are quite challenging giving you numerous options and a variety of looks at par. The par fives are relatively short but still present the average golfer with decisions on how to approach the holes. There are several down sides. For one, the course remains saturated after a good rain. The other, the grooming could be better as a lot of grass is left on the fairways after mowing. Overall, however, this is a fun place to play. |

pretty good course, Apr 25, 2004 |

| This a nice place to golf with open fairways and a variaty of holes. I've played this course many times but it feels like every time I go there there are big clups of grass everywhere and puddles in the middle of the fairway. It gets alot of rain but other golf courses don't look this bad in shape. If you cath it on a dry day though it's a wonderful course. |
