This fairly flat course has plenty of trees, ponds, and grass bunkers which will affect your shots. The course was built on predominantly flat terrain and is easy to walk. Larry Packard and Brent Wadsworth redesigned the original layout in 1958. Members own their carts.

This golf course offers challenges to any level golfer but the greatest asset of the golf course is the availability and speed in which you can play a round. No tee times necessary and always 10-12 players available to divide up into teams and play a competitive round of golf for any handicap.

Deer Lake Golf Course
"The New Management has made Deer Lake GREAT"
I've been a golfer for alomost 20 years now (in North East Ohio) and it always delights me to find a course like Deer Lake. This course changed management about 3 years ago and there have been MAJOR improvements. The fairways have a much more professional feel to them and the greens are now firm and entertaining. This course has come a long, long way in the last couple of years and the new management should be congradulated. Not only that but greens fees are the lowest that I've found in the area. When you go in ask Carlo, the owner, for some of his special chili.

Nice flat 18 hole thru a nice up and comming community. The green are very well kept. Good for an average golfer like me and reasonibly priced.

A challenging little executive course. However, when last seen on 02/10/2004, the gates were not open and the course looked to be not recntly maintined. We will miss it.
