This resort features an executive course with a front nine that plays easy, and a back nine that is difficult because of its small greens. The fairways on the front nine are wide open, while those on the back nine are narrow. The terrain is hilly, and a pond comes into play on hole #12, a 180-yard, par 3.

Shorter but very challenging course. Immaculately maintained. Clubhouse is well stocked and a great hangout spot.

For the casual golfer, playing the front 9 at Sunny Hill can make him feel like he can make the cut at The Masters. No bunkers, no water, wide fairways, well kept greens, irons off the tees, and beautiful scenery. And the renovated clubhouse/snack bar is a perfect spot to hone the stories after a round.
