This course's back nine was constructed in 1990. The course was built on rolling terrain, so you can expect some interesting lies. The fairways are tree lined, and out-of-bounds stakes line at least six holes. Greenville Creek comes into play on seven holes, and the fast greens are small and undulating. The ladies' par is actually 75.

| This course is a great test for any golfer! It is your typical early 1900's country club on the front nine and the back is a test with beautiful ever-changing scenery. With small greens and 100 year old trees lining the fairways, this is a shot maker's course, requiring imagination and creativity! Being realatively short based on today's standards, GCC still challenges low handicappers and big drivers with holes favoring irons and 3 woods off the tee. Based on the style of course, par (71), and its location and surrounding courses; GCC would be a great stop for anyone looking to play some golf in the Darke county area. |
