This hilly course is in excellent shape. The fairways are tree lined, and the rough is very long. The greens are small and well protected by sand bunkers. There is a creek that flows throughout the entire course. This club was originally founded in 1892 and has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. In addition "GOLF Magazine" recognized it in their 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America." Robert White (1925), Donald Ross (1946) and Robert Trent Jones (1963) have done redesigns on this course. Tee times are required for weekends and holidays only.

| Great course. The length doesn't seem daunting but it is trickier that you would think. The course is in fantastic condition and the staff are second to none. Well worth ruining a good walk! |
