This course is in great shape and plays tough. The front nine is open and flat, and the back nine is tight and hilly. The large greens are a little slow in speed. There is water on two holes. Golfers must be a Greenwich resident to play, unless accompanied by a resident.

The Griff is getting better each year. The fairways have been brought in and new bunkers added. The greens are fast and true. Play can be a little slow. But overall it is a most enjoyable experience.
