This club has two outstanding eighteen hole courses. The East Course is a links-style championship course. There is water that comes into play on fourteen holes. The signature hole for this course is #5, a 390-yard, par 4, with an approach shot to an island green. Ron Garl and Jerry Pate designed nine new holes on the East Course, which were added in 1984, and Pate then did another redesign in 1989. The West Course is two separate nines where the front is more open than the back. The fairways have some sand bunkers. The West Course is the shorter of the two.

Great course!, May 31, 2004

I played this course several times (east and west) in 1999. It is a very challenging course with spectacular views of the Santa Rosa sound. My wife and I returned again in May, 2004. Although it has been redone since I was last here, it has not lost its challenge or beauty! We intend to return many times again when we come to the Gulf Breeze area.

If you ever get a chance to play this course then do it. It's longer than you think it is and it is a very tough course. The course is kept in excellent shape and the weekday cost to play is very reasonable. The membership cost is also very reasonable for someone who is looking for a moderately priced country club.
