a very fun course offering a pennisula green on a par 3 and par 5 some of the par fives can be unfair with creeks crossing over the fairway at around the 280 mark from the tee other than that a wonderful course

If you're a big hitter who likes to really whack it off the tee, then this course is not for you. The best club that you will use when you play this course is your BRAIN. It takes a lot of placed shots as you deal with terrain, water, and other obstacles. The course is fair as long as you know what you are getting into before you begin. There are some very difficult holes, but some holes that you will be able to attack. Very, very picturesque, especially #2. You will enjoy this course once you learn the layout and how to properly play it.

One would hardly expect to find a gem like the Springfield Golf Club in this rural setting in an agricultural state such as South Dakota. This course demands your best game with keeping the ball in the fairway a premium. Although not a long course, the long hitter does not have a major advantage. Tree-lined fairways are expertly maintained and the greens are challenging. All of this quality golf is accompanied by some of the most beautiful scenery in the state. The course is built on bluffs overlooking Lewis and Clark Lake and the view from every tee is extraordinary. This wonderful nine hole golf course has earned the right to be called Dakota's Pebble Beach.

Orchards, The
"Must Play"
This golf course has an excellent layout and is a must play in the Detroit area. The greens, fairways, and tees were all in good shape and I believe they had four or five sets of tees to choose from for all different skill levels. The bag drop, shop staff, professionals, bartenders, waitresses, rangers, and starters were all extremely curtious and helpful. I really felt like I was a member at this club. For $70 on a weekend I was a little afraid I wouldn't get my money worth. Now I make about an hour trip a few times a month to play the course.
