This facility opened nine new holes in June, 1998. The new holes make up the front nine and some present a real challenge, including #3, a 450-yard, par 5, which features a double dogleg fairway. There is also much more water on the front nine. The back side begins with two holes that were built on a hill, and the rest were built on level ground. Water hazards (including an eighteen mile creek and a couple of ponds) come into play on several holes on the back side. Discounts are available for local residents; contact the pro shop for further details.

Very nice course, green fees are cheap. There are some dry dirt spots on fairways though.Overall this is a great course and the staff is very kind and helpfull. Very nicely groomed.

Pines Par 3 Golf Course
"Pines Par 3"
This course is just a ball to play. Yes they are only par 3's with the longest being 90yards but this is still a great course to work on your short game. It has done wonders for mine. This course is also a great place to get the kids started on golf. Friendly atmosphere. On Monday Nights they have a Golf Tournament entry fee is about $15, including the hole-in-one pool.

"One of the Best I've played"
I had a wonderful time playing Cameron Hills last season. I found this shorter course was both enjoyable and challenging. This is my first year swinging a club and I have visited several courses. I felt this course allowed me to play a challenging round while improving my skills without the frustration of the harder courses. Even though Cameron Hills is an hour away from home, I plan on making a couple of trips to the links this year. I played the course right after Hurricane Isabel played through and the only problem I had with the course was the debris from the hurricane. I don't hold that against Cameron Hills, they made a good attempt at working around the fallen trees. Thanks for a great time, I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Pleasant Hills Golf Course - The Pleasant Hills Course
"Ok for begginers"
The Cypress is a great course for biginners and those wanting to just brush up on a course. Being all par three, you do not need more than a 7 iron. It is very inexpensive but then again, you get what you pay for. The holes will sometimes befilled with water and the greeens full of mud. But it can be good relaxing fun.
