Inexspensive For A Reason, May 03, 2012
reviewer: Chuck Taylor from Hampton, VA
For the money ($15 riding 18 anytime on Tuesday) is tough to beat. The fairways have always been garbage while the greens are slow with no breaks even if it looks like it breaks. Weekend pace is very slow and will take 5 hours to complete, on a good day. Took 2 hours to play 7 holes last time I played. Marshalls are useless as they don't speed along slowwer players. It does have some easy nice laid out holes, so If you can play on Tuesday after noon and before 4 pm then do it. It's a good walking course.

Review of the Woodlands, Dec 12, 2004
reviewer: Linda from Suffolk, VA USA
This is a very woman friendly course. It gives you the opportunity to use your short irons as well as your woods. It present some interesting holes. I found it challenging enough to keep my interest. It has some intriguing holes. It is one of my favorite courses in the Hampton Roads area.

Good value, Jul 03, 2004

Easy to walk, not to long. When I played the pace was great and the price was better. One of the best values in the area, but don't expect an overly tough course.
