This course's back nine has narrower fairways than its front nine. The signature hole is #4, a 148-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over a lake to the green. The greens are medium-sized. There are several trees that can alter your shots, and ponds come into play on two holes. Numerous sand bunkers protect the fairways and greens, so shot accuracy is essential.

I am a member of this golf course. It is always fun to play and gives many opportunities to amateur golfers. All three courses range in difficulty and allow delicate shots and a varity of movment on your ball. Many dog legs and the greens are perfect most of the year especcially before and after the club championship.

Whispering Pines Golf Club
"Childhood Hole in One"
I got my hole-one-on the par-3 7th. Its the kind of hole that it could happen any day to any of us. And hey, thats gotta be worth something!!! The green is two tiered and the top tier is hard to stay on, the ball likes to role down to the bottom, always where the pin is. You tee off from above, the hole is about 120 yrds I think. So, get it on the green, watch it role and you've got yourself a chance my friend! Overall, the course is a 9 holer and its fun. Golf period...is fun, come on right.
