Got to play if your're in Hayward, Apr 13, 2004

Wow, what a gem tucked into the North Woods. It is a bit more expensive than others in the area, but if you enjoy golf, you've got to play it. A round comes with a small bucket of range balls to get you loosened up. You'll need it. Tee shots demand tight accuracy and if your ball veers off the fairway much, your looking at big numbers. It's not that you can't hit the ball when you are off the fairway, in many cases you can't even find your ball! Driver is best left in the bag on a number of holes. Each hole has a description of the hole on a signpost and offers suggestions on how to play the hole. Use them! Finally, this is a beautiful course representing some of the finest golf in Northern Wisconsin and quite probably the state.
