This course's greens are sloped and in good condition, and its fairways are tree lined. The Las Vegas qualifier and the USGA Regulation Tournament is held here every year. There are two lakes that come into play on three holes. A redesign of the golf course was completed by Bob E. and Robert L. Baldock in 1990. The senior rate is only good on Tuesday and Thursday.

Blak Mountain Golf Rocks, Dec 07, 2010 |

| I should have given it 5 stars for rock scaping. I was just there at the bottom of the office center they have a group of free standing/stacked rocks that looked like little people I am embaressed to say I touched one and this stack falls to the ground. I killed it. They should have put up a sign(Do Not Touch) or perhaps put these stacks on the driving range and put up a sign that says Kill a rockman a get a free bucket of balls. If that is the begining to a future landscape theme its the best I have ever seen Rock on!!! |

A poorly managed cow pasture, Mar 08, 2007 |

| Played there in early March. Poorly managed. Your tee time is useless. Anybody, especially the course community residence, come on at anytime. The starter does not regulate pace. In very poor condition. Plenty of other courses in the area much nicer for the same money. No value. |

| We have been playing this course now for the past 4 weeks and with 3 9 hole courses you can mix and match your way into a great 18. The old established 9 can be added with the new desert course for a challenging and fun 18. Or select the Horizon course with one of the above for a completly new look at the grounds.......I would suggest this to any visitor......."The difference is certainly worth the drive"..from the Strip......and at winter rates of $50.00 for locals you can not go wrong. |

Some good, some not so good, May 07, 2004 |

| Stick with the new 18. Very nice and interesting. Well manicured and groomed. Old course on the other hand looks very muni, as do the homes that surround it (some look low rent). Nice scenery at times. Liked playing next to roadrunners! |
