This course was built on rolling terrain, and ponds and creeks come into play on twelve holes. Some homes have been built along the fairways, but generally the area remains remote and rustic. There are sand bunkers on the fairways and guarding the greens. The clubhouse is the old Warner Bros. retreat and vacation home.

| Lots of water so bring plenty of balls if you don't hit them straight or are just learning. The greens keepers do not protect the water so it is so full of algea that you probably will not find your ball if you get in it. This is otherwise a nice course that is a challenge to the middle handicapper. |

| i loved this course. for the area it is a great course. for $25 with cart you can not beat it. well kept as well. only complint is, no beer in pro shop i would recommend to bring a cooler. |
