Tee boxes are poor, greens are like the fairways, the fairways like the rough and the rough like the Amazon. You will really like this course if you want fairways dotted with sprinklers, hoses and other assorted hazards. And don't forget the noise - all day long, blowers, tractors or any other equipment that make it impossible to concentrate on hitting a golf ball. Bunkers are clay. Junk cars in the dusty parking lot give the first timer a clue to the class of this course - the locals park on the grass and walk to avoid getting the fine dust right through their instrument panel. The first fairway has some nice grass to lull newcomers into the feeling that this is a nice course - but by the 2nd fairway its all clay and weeds.

This course is a local favorite! It is great for the golfer looking to get a grasp on the game, but also provides a nice challenge to the advanced player who can take in the beautiful views during their round!

I played this course twice last summer & hope to do so again soon. It's a pleasant little course for a beginner such as myself.
