This very private course may only be played by guests when accompanied by a member. Tee times are only accepted for guest play. Bobby Jones made this course his summer home for many years. The narrow, heavily-sloping front nine sets the tone for this short, but challenging mountain course. Hole #10, a 426-yard, par 4, requires a tee shot to a dogleg right fairway that crosses over a creek twice. There are streams, creeks and one man-made lake that come into play on five holes.

| Although you must golf with a member, Highlands offers a wide variety of challenges. Varying lies, fast greens, and narrow fairways makes Highlands a highly likeable course. A recent resodding of the fairways to Kentucky bluegrass has made this already aesthetic course even more beautiful. |
